This man named ALLISON invented a radical wind turbine/generator that was about 3 times more efficient than anything else in existance. It had like 4 flat blades on one side and opposed radially by 4 others. He was featured in POP Sci Magazine in Mar. (I think) 1980. Everything about it seemed to work as stated, but I never heard anything else about it afterward. Was it a fraud or a genuine innovation? Anybody know anything about it? Thanks.
