i have an LG GW520 contract phone on orange, ive had it for 4 days now but yesterday i was listening to some music and it froze. so i took the battery out because it wouldnt turn off. now the phone wont start, i turn it on and only the orange logo shows and it freezes the buttons dont respond and the lights dont turn on it just freezes on the orange logo, to switch it off i need to take the battery out. please help. i dont know whats wrong with it.
