Tigris and Euphrates Rivers, the River Jordan was fairly important, the Blue Nile and the White Nile

Mesopotamia

Volcanoes, floods, earthquakes, sandstorms, drought

cooper v/s bronze weapons, chariot designs for faster, better mobility, fighting formations for best results (flanking and crap like that)
