Anybody have a contact for Suzuki USA?

I'm looking for an email or physical address for Suzuki USA - I bought their OEM backrest and rack for my 2008 M50, and 4 months later the chrome is starting to flake off all over these pieces.

My bike is garage-kept and almost never sees rain, so I KNOW that this is defective chrome. Unfortunately, the warranty is apparently 90 days, and the dealer won't take it back.

I would like to contact a Suzuki rep and see if they will do anything about it, since it is clearly a manufacturing defect (likely poor surface prep).

What I did with Sprint and Cannon when I had a problem is I looked up press releases. Sometimes you will find the e-mail address for media relations, and that will give you the standard format they use like jason.bour, or jbour, etc... Also the e-mail domain is not always the same as the website domain, so it will give you what goes after the @ sign. Then I look over the press releases for executive names, and use the user name format with the e-mail format, and send e-mails to the names I find in the press release. Believe me when a CEO gets a e-mail from a upset customer things happen. Cannon upgraded my camera for free because their literature was not clear on specifications, Sprint gave me a new phone, and MillStone coffee sent me free coffee.

I am not always sucessful, and it takes research before you find the right e-mail format, but when it works, it works.
