Anybody else think Diane Williams and Kim Chinquee are highly overrated?

Just wondering? I, for one, can't stand them. The fact that a number of literary journals publish their stuff makes me lose trust in the editorial skills of those journals.

I guess it is true that anybody can get published these days.
