Lived in Jacksonville for 24 years but stationed in Norfolk, VA for the time being. The roads here SUCK; both city and highway.

Word to the wise, if you come here don't bother bringing your bike since riding it in town would only piss you off (speedbumps on HWY's, potholes, dips, cracks, tar snakes, patches, etc. are everywhere).
 
yeah i saw that, i was in jacksonville for a couple of days, but somewhat it's the same here in pensacola. Georgia and S. Carolina seems to be the place to be with bikes.
