Any way to make blue light stay on for wii?

Anyway to make the blue light stay on on the wii console?

The light is only for when connect24 is on or when you insert a disc. Its meant to be energy saving. You can change it from dim to bright, but thats it.

I got a feeling Nintendo will release a software patch so that there is an option to keep the light on.

Your Wii is connected 24/7 to the internet aslong as the power light is green or orange using barely any power atall.

When the light turns on, its either because you inserted a disc or its downloading updates from the internet in the background.

mine doesnt turn on when you insert a disk, only when you first power it on, and when i have a message.

Just send your Wii an e-mail: w(your wii number here without ())@wii.com

When you Wii gets it, the light will stay fully lit if it is set to bright.

If you leave it on and walk away it'll sleep and the light will stay on. Mine strobes in and out slowly like a sleeping Powerbook.

add your email address to your address book. you will then get an email from the nintendo system, which means the two machines can exchange messages. just email your wii a message and don't read it.
