Whenever I play large Flash files, the video and audio becomes slow and choppy. It's frustrating because my computer is decent.
I have a GeForce 6800 GT with updated drivers, 3GB of RAM, Pentium 4 CPU 3.4GHz (2 CPUs), and Windows XP Home.
I do virus and malware scans once a week and I'm only using 2% of my computer when I watch Flash videos. The videos are slow even when I close out of every other unnecessary program in the task manager including explorer.exe.
It doesn't matter what browser I use, Flash videos are always slow. This include Firefox, Opera, and Internet Explorer. Is there something I can do? It's frustrating. I don't have any problems with Quicktime or Windows Media Player videos.
