Any Washington State University Students?

So, I'm a Junior In high school and basically im aiming for becoming a pediatrician or a nurse for pediatrics when i get older.. I'm getting really nervous trying to study hard for S.A.T.S and whatnot, my question is for those who attend or have attended WSU is it really difficult to get into? I actually live in California, but Washington State really attracts me. What's the campus like? Any specific things that i should do to better my chances?
