any trick to swallow guys´cum and not throw up?

every time i try to swallow my bfs cum i get really nauseous and most of the time i throw up. i have been able to swallow it only twice but most of the time i just cant..

is not that i dont want to, but i guess my body doesnt like the hot and salty taste in my throat..it feels like water from the beach..which is really nasty but i want to overcome that and be able to swallow it without vomiting..
