Any Tracker Specialized in EU releases ?

Is there out there a tracker that specializes into -ES-, -SP- , -PT-, etc...

Scene Releases Strictly ???
or even a good site that index most of them ?
and of course with dl links ????

mmm i didn't ask specificly skandinavian stuff, f5ZB40.... lol
but more like European Releases in general... like -FR- -DE- -SP- etcccc...
 
I don't know of a tracker that covers the whole EU (or better say Europe), but you can find german stuff at german trackers, french at french ones, etc. (you get my drift right).

Most of these are p2p and the quality may vary (at least that's how it's in my country, but tbh I come from a small one).
