just get out there and start showing your portfolio to the shops. Some will like it others wil not. Look at other peoples work and price accordingly, your stuff may be better then some other artists but if you aren't known yet you will have to come down on your asking price. on ebay a lot of people don't sell the originals right off the bat. They go and get about 10 reproductions done and sell those as in 1/10, 2/10, etc. Most pick out their lease favorite paintings and start with low bids for the first few and let the bidders jack up the price, then they start going up. If it is a larger painting then you should try to locate a local "ebay" store. It is where you take your item in, they will list it on ebay for you and figure out the shipping cost and ship it all for you for a small cost. GL!!!
