Any tips on putting on the timing belt on a 93 Toyota Camry V6?

I have a 93 Camry V6 AT that I'm changing the timing belt on. I have the two top cam gears lined up with the timing belt on already and I lined up the crankshaft (using the little dot on the gear pulley thing and lining it up with the notch on the block; not sure if this would work but it looks like the crank pulley would match up with 0 degrees.) I'm having a very hard time putting the timing belt on as it is a very tight fit. I need a couple more mm's to make it get on the water pump pulley. The last one I'm trying to put the timing belt on is the water pump pulley and I can't get it at all. Is there a specific order that the timing belt should go on to make it fit?
