I just turned 16 I weigh about 140-145 pounds, and I'm about 5"7.
I've had a gym membership to anytime fitness for a few months now, and I started going again now that i have more free time. The gym is about 5 miles from my house, and I ride my bike their for cardio. As you can tell by my weight and height, I'm not that big. I run Cross Country, so i'm a pretty lean person. My main focus for the gym is to bulk up, and make my way up to around 170 pounds of muscle if possible. Now my question is, what's a good workout schedule? I want to get my arms bigger as they are only about 12-13 inches. My chest is pretty big, and so are my legs. I just need someone to give me a good workout schedule that would really help. my schedule now is that I go to the gym, workout for an hour then ride my bike back home. The next day I skate, or run 3 miles for recovery. I just need to figure out what exercises I should do, and what days to do them. I also take 1 scoup of whey protein after my workouts.
