I'm like so out of shape and have even gotten weaker (can hardly lift things anymore) and running is kind of difficult to do since I haven't done it in a long time either. I'm skinny I weight only about 125 pounds and I really do want to have a good six pack, be cut and toned like muscular wise, and want to be in top shape for next year when I play football and after High School since I plan on going into the Military. There is this one gym that's about 12 miles away it's like a Fitness Gym Rehab thing. I hear it's pretty good should I go give it a shot?
