any tips for a healthier lifestyle and to loose weight?

hi i have twins that are almost 11 months and i really want to get myself in shape now the only problem is i dont really know where to start i want to do it healthily but i dont have much time to eat properly or to do proper exercise i dont stop all day and by the time the girls are in bed the last thing i feel like doing is starting on exercises as im so tired any tips for energy would also be good thanks
well i dont eat breakfast i very rarely have time to eat dinner or i just grab something quick and easy on the go and at night i just eat snacky food as am to tired to cook i am up from 8.30 am and dont stop all day am constantly on the move
