Any T-Mobile reps or gurus out there, I have a question about the phones...?

As of now, I have the Sony Ericsson TM506 but I plan on upgrading soon. Don't know if I'll get a smart phone or a dumb phone.

If I do, which phones allow to use other web browsers (such as Mini Opera) and which phones allow to "download" files such as music or image straight from the web browser?
