Any suggestions on how to fix error P0441 on a Jeep Wrangler 4.0 TJ 1999?

I have replaced the following:

-Factory Leak Detection Pump/LDP
-Purge Solenoid
-Evap hoses

After I replaced the parts, I still get Check Engine Light


I tested the LDP connecter and I get my test light on.
No current on the Purge Solenoid connector (not sure if I need to activate to get current)
