my dad has a german short hair pointer. shes a great dog and i love her to death but she makes this ear piercing whining sound. she always seems to be jittery and hyper and even seems to freak out whenever my dad or someone will go in the garage because she cant be with them. this is when the whining starts and nothing will stop it until the person will come inside. any ideas on how to help this problem or even fix it?
