ceramic glass range top? There's nothing in the manufacturer's book that states what to do if confronted with this problem. Thanks
Yes just happened and Samsung told us to call back Monday. I guess their R & D didn't brainstorm this problem when they were designing a ceramic glass countertop. Great news tried Pearls suggestion and got the pot off. Two thumbs up 4 Pearl two thumbs down 4 Samsung!
