I am a competitive gymnast and train several hours a week, so it is natural my body is falling apart. About two weeks ago i feel short on my move so i flexed my foot way too much and i got this really really sharp pain on the top left of my left ankle.
To this day, it always throbs and everytime i twist, flex or point i get the same sharp pain over and over again.
Of course i'm still training, but i would like to know if i should stop, or even what is going on!!
