Any solution to bypass 3gs activation without original sim?

is there any solution tht works for this? i see so many things but people say alot of scams. IS there any way to bypass the activation for original sim if you do not have it. Any cable solution with software?

i cant find this on ebay or anywhere else. He says 3usd but i dont see any of it anywhere.
