I am negotiating a car repo account and a foreclosed HELOC both with the original creditors. I have an amount in mind that they are interested in settling for but both balked at the agree to delete idea. I wonder if anyone has had success with getting these creditors, America Honda Finance and Wells Fargo Home Equity to agree to non-disclosure agreements as part of a settlement agreement on a charged off tradeline? Any sample letters out there or anyone interested in earning a commission for assisting? Thanks for reading my post!
