Going to vary a lot with a few factors so go on somewhere like http://www.thebikeinsurer,com and get a quote. You can put bike details in similar to what you are thinking of getting and it will give you a figure. You do not have to own the bike at that time.
A word of advice though - if you are a "Born again biker" start with something a little less radical than a 600cc, very track focused crotch rocket. A 600/650 Bandit or similar would be much better. Many born agains out ride themselves and have serious accidents on crotch rockets with no one else involved - could save you from being a statistic. All of them though they were OK and it wouldn't happen to them - some even lived to realise the error.
