any resturaunts hiring fifteen year old waitresses?

my neice needs a job..shes sweet adorable and is great with people.. are their any resturaunts hiring fifteen year olds for waitressing?
 
Probably not...Most places like you to be 16...and even at that, if they serve alcohol, she couldn't do that either... BUT! since you said she's good with people, there are some decent restaurants out there where it's mandatory that servers tip out host and hostesses a certain percentage of their sales....from there, she could show her people skills, and work her way up...good luck to her!
 
Not that I know of, I only know that to be a waitress or waiter at any good restaurant, you need experiance then you move up to be a waitress/waiter. Oh and you also need to be at least 16 I think
=/ I'm looking for a job too and I'm 16 =P

Anyway I hope you find what your looking for =)
