Any recommendations for simple exercises which will tone me?

I'm 16 and not overweight :) all i'd like to do is tone my legs, thighs and belly a bit, especially for prom which is in early may :)

Can anyone recommend exercises that i could do or which foods would be beneficial to eat? I'm studying for my GCSE's at the moment so the majority of my time is dedicated to revision.
