OK I put the patch my desk top when I try to install it a window pops up saying "iden insider" and it gives me 3 choices " install" "remove" and exit. when I click install another window pops up saying "run time error '-2147023782 (8007045a)': , Automation error, A dynamic link library (DLL) intializitation routine failed" I get the same messsage when I click " remove"

Ok I installed webjal and got it working and everything but cannot use it to make .wav file ringtones. How do I make wavfile ringtones from mp3's and get webjalto let me use wavs. Currently it only lets me use midi
