Looking to borrow 30k for a personal business loan/investment. Need the funds for approx 5mnths as up front monies and at no point will 5% of the total amount be jeopardized at any one time. If i don't see the potential ROI actually w/i the first 2mnths i will cease the venture and return monies loaned on an agreed upon payback amount. No deception here, I am 27 years gainfully employed of which 22 of those were served in the Military and the rest in the Dept of Corrections so employ-ability history and future is solid. Have a new home purchased recently for 275k but unfortunately has lost approx 30k in value due to the current economy. So no HELOC accessible at the present plus a recent DIVORCE gut punched me a little bit. Have beacon scores in the 700s but w most lending facilities you have to show a need not to need a loan b4 they give you one. NICE!!! So there it is.
