Any photography tour to Croatia & Slovenia?

My travel plans for next season is Slovenia and Croatia. I want to visit the Alpine regions and the Adriatic islands. Since I am enthusiastic photographer I don't want to join any package tours. Two years ago I was on a photography tour in New Zealand and it was great!

Does anybody know for a company that would run this kind of tours that are suitable for photographers?
