Any Other Parent Find this Law an Outrage?

Yes, kids can be extremely difficult, but you maintain and do your best for them. To just throw them away is shocking.
 
I believe that this is a great thing for the siblings. The parent is obviously unfit to take care of them. Think about it not as you leaving a child you love but as a coke head or crack head or meth head parent or a real messed up loser parent who should have been shot or cruelly dismembered before even thinking about having sex that might bring in a innocent loving child who just wants to be loved and have a chance to live with someone who in fact loves them and will unconditionally love them no matter what. That parent who dropped them off wasn't just doing so because they wouldn't stop crying you idiot its because they are unfit to take care of a innocent baby that deserves better. If anything the parent should be hunted down and branded with a cattle prod on their forehead saying something to the effect I should ot have had a kid I am unfit to take care of myself let alone a innocent baby.
 
I would much rather see kids abandoned in a safe place then dead ont he streets.

yes kids are difficult and some people are just not cut out to be parents. It is good that these people who are clearly inadequate parents can leave their children in a safe place.
 
At the same time, I've seen kids be thrown out by their parents in high school and end up homeless. I'm glad that Nebraska will at least bring these kids social services.
 
I wonder what the shock would be like to the child that is more than aware of what they have done to them.......I mean in this case some of those kids are old enough to drive home let alone find there way back, but for them to carry with them the fact that their parents no longer want them must be deeply impacting on them........I have a feeling that a lot more is to come out about these particular kids and why the father did this.
