Any opinions on a 1997 Honda Fourtrax?

I'm looking to purchase a good used four wheeler for a reasonable price and was just looking for some opinions. The one i'm considering is a 300cc 1997 Honda fourtrax 4x4. They are asking 1,495. Is this good machine? Will 300cc be underpowered? I'll just be using it during the summer and not for hunting or anything. Any other tips or advice is welcome. Thanks
