any one with 2007 suzuki motorcycles electrical problems?

have 2007 suzuki 800 blvd cycle dealer says wireing harness short blown 30 amp fuse during turning say what only 1,400 org miles still brand new any one out there with same or similar problem factory recall call on 2005 and 2006 same modle aware of this .this is a big time safety issue caution
