Any one know of a good mechanic?

Im having some car trouble, does anyone know of a good mechanic around the los angeles area that is honest and good. I live five minutes from the coliseum and USC just to give you an idea of where i live. Also im a college student and pretty much broke so i dont really have much money to be spending. HELP!!!!!!
 
i live in pennsylvania. if you don,t have much money, you better stay away from the garages.
