Any one here good with computer? I think my wife is talking to some guy.?

I found out my wife was talking to a guy (through email). I found 2 email accounts: yahoo and hotmail and confronted her about it. She said she was sorry and that he is just a friend. I haven't seen any more activity for a while. Is there any way that I can check and see if she has any more account, and how can I check deleted messages?
