Any news on GTA 5, anybody?

I've heard that its been confirmed that rockstar is setting GTA 5 for a Fall 2010 release, but other than that i haven't heard anything. Does anybody else have ANY additional details to the upcoming game?

for example: where will it be set, what city, time? what characters will be in it?

i'm dying for details on the GTA 5 game.
 
People have looked into it, and some people believe it will be set in San Andreas, with Niko returning as the main character. Apparantley they found a passport with the destination of 'San Andreas' and they somehow linked it back to Niko.
