Smartmovie. Yeah, it's $30, but the conversion tool is literally two clicks. One to tell it your phone is an N73 (only have to do this once) and one to convert. Automatically picks all the settings, I do it all the time and I have zero problems with sound or choppiness. And I use it with live-action, which usually gets blocky with conversion. If you're a bit more exploratory you might save yourself the $30.
