Any military wives who are expecting?

Any military wives expecting or have been expecting while your husband was on a deployment?

I am 23 weeks Saturday and my husband is deployed with the Marine Corps. We have been married a year. Our babe boy, Noah Ace, is due in December but he will not be home until May.

I am so emotional and scared about the actual birth/being a single mom for the first five months, and about my husbands deployment of course. He is my world, and my entire life.

Has anyone else been in the same situation before?

Btw, I am 19 and he is also 19. We did plan this, although at the time, we thought his 2 weeks leave could be taken for the babes birth, but they wont let him come home...

And even though we are young, we are super exited and I would not change anything about our life. Just wanted to clear all that up before I get someone criticizing us for being young/married/ pregnant.

I would love to hear your personal experiences and such!

Thanks!
Thanks so much for your answers. They have made me cry so much. You guys are wonderful.

I wouldnt change our marriage for the world, and we always talk about how even though we are apart so much, we are the lucky ones because most couples take each other for granted because they are always together and never apart like we are. He is my best friend, my husband, and my soulmate. I could not live one moment without him.

Even though it is super hard and stressful not having him home for our pregnancy and birth, it has given us something more to think about/prepare for besides his deployment and being apart all the time. It gives me something to plan for, our little boys room, even though I wish he could be here to share it all.

Sometimes, Im just overwhelmed by everything... and emotional, duh.
