The best thing to do is go to a couple of tournaments and get on their mailing list and then that gets circulated among other promoters. The Ocean State Championships is a NASKA national tournament which I have competed in before and so you will now be on the NASKA mailing list through your registration form. I would suggest you visit a couple of karate schools in your area as they usually have flyers of upcoming tournaments posted and may even have an extra copy for you. If not just copy the phone number and name down and then give them a call and ask them to send you a flyer. After you do this several times you will be on several mailing lists and get flyers of upcoming tournaments. This time of year there usually are no more tournaments until after the holidays so you may not see anymore for this year and only a few for early 2010 until later next year.
