Any LOW fat, good energy boosting foods?

This is what i do in a week:

Monday:
Walk The Dog, then schoolwork (Homeschooled), Then drama, then Rangers (It's the top of girlguiding, Rainbows, Brownies, Guides/girl scouts, then Rangers) Get home at half nine, then Hula hoop til 11

Tuesday:
Walk the Dog, then schoolwork, then help at my local brownie unit, then DofE meeting. Get home at half 7, hula hoop til 10, Just Dance for an hour

Wednesday:
Horse ride for an hour, then schoolwork, Then Help at my brownie unit, then Drama Class, Get home about 7, Just Dance til 8, Hula hoop til 11

Thursday:
Swim, Schoolwork, then Hula Hoop from 5-8, then Just dance and Chill at about 10ish

Friday:
Walk the Dog, then school work, Then Hula hooping then bed.

Sat:
Nothing, Do Hula hooping if i have the energy. Sometimes meet my friends

Sun:
Drama Class, then home at one, hula hoop for an hour and then chill or meet with friends.

So I don't really have tons of time to eat so are there any good foods, that slowly release energy.

I also need this for my DofE where we walk ten miles uphill =D
