i was in a car accident and the other driver was at fault but the cop filed it as a no-fault accident so i had to pay a total of $823.50 on my car and a rental car, i was just wondering if i took her to court would i have a good chance of wining the case. (i hit her back left corner with the front left corner of my car when she cut across my lane to make a u-turn.)
