I'd like to get into renting out apartments. What laws apply? Do I need a special license or a permit?
Also, I've been noticing many questions about landlords, and most of the answers indicate that the apartment owner needs eviction papers to kick out tenants. Is this true? I thought the owner had the right to kick out anyone he wanted as long as there wasn't the lease? Thanks in advance.
