...commercial lease. ? I am leasing a commercial building. I have establish a restaurant at the location. In the lease it doesn't say who has the responsibility for any repairs of the property. I have some roof and electrical problems in the building. Question: Is it the landlord responsibility to fix repairs of a commercial building when there is nothing in the agreement that state the landlord has to pay for repairs.
