I got a SE vivaz under two weeks ago. All going swimmingly but yesterday the phone froze. Did all the usual - sim, battery out re-boot etc. The phone is starting up - I know because I can feel it vibrate then the soft keys light up but the screen remains black. I have tried several times but to no avail. Anyone else had this problem or know of a fault? I have the option of getting a new one or cutting my losses and getting a different handset. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Cheers ;-)
