I'm in the middle of buying a used unlocked Samsung Focus (formerly locked to AT&T) and importing it to New Zealand. The description didn't mention if the phone had been updated to 7.5 and I had read some people who had upgraded had their phones lock to AT&T again. Am I going to run into this issue myself, or are they isolated incidents and I won't need to worry?
