Hi there. I have some weird symptoms and am not quite sure what to do about it. Started last Wednesday. Whenever I take a drink or eat something, I can feel it go down (painfully). It hurts deep down in my throat and upper/middle back. I've always burped a lot and when I do burp, I get the same pain. I take antacids daily. If this does not improve, any idea what kind of dr I should see? Gastro or ENT... I also have a slightly elevated temp, but otherwise feel fine if I'm not eating, drinking or burping. I've been on vacation the past week - go back to work Monday and hate to go back and start making dr appts if it can be avoided.
So, anyone else ever experience these symptoms or have any idea what it may be? I appreciate any suggestions you may have.
