Any ideas? remote control issue...

I have a Bell 9200 PVR. The IR and the UHF remotes both work, but I have lost the ability to control the IR receiver with my Harmony remote and my Slingbox.

Any ideas on what is off? I changed the channel for the UHF remote which somewhat coincides with the loss of IR operability, but I can't get the Harmony of the Slingbox to work the 9200 at all.

Let me know if you have any bright ideas.Tks in advance.
 
My guess is that the IR address was changed somehow. It can be checked on the 9200's System Info screen.The 9200 has two remote addresses, one for IR and one for UHF. Some IR remotes and devices are only programmed for address 1 on the 9200. Others, such as the Harmony, can be programmed for all IR addresses. If the IR address on the 9200 is changed, then the Harmony and Slingbox must also be reprogrammed. Leave the IR address at 1 (or the address that was originally programmed into the Harmony and Slingbox.) Change only the UHF address to to avoid conflicts. If there are two Bell receivers in the same room, one of the receivers' IR addresses will also need to be changed.
