Any ideas on how to not get grossed out?

I fainted in science today (we're learning about sexual reproduction)

Anybody have any tips or tricks on how to survive without fainting again?
 
just try not to over think it keep yourself calm and try to keep your breathing steady if you start to feel faint just ask to leave the room till you feel normal again... its what i would do anyway
