Any ideas for a Shane Gray (from Camp Rock) halloween costume? ?

I can't find any costumes of the character Shane Gray from the movie Camp Rock. I saw in a news article that it was announced that the Disney Store would start selling Shane Gray costumes but I have not found any.

Any ideas to make my own? I was thinking maybe a wig to make the crazy hair like Joe Jonas and just a black striped shirt like he has on the cover of the DVD. oh, and pants of course. lol.
