Any ideas? Fatigue, pain in side, headaches....

I am a 26 year old female. About a month ago, I was experiencing congestion and bad sinus headaches. This developed into a severe cold, burning chest and chest cold. I got on antibiotics and felt better, but continued to cough up mucus for 3 weeks. Then, 2 weeks ago, I have been experiencing extreme fatigue. All I want to do is sleep. Occasionally, I have body aches that go along with this. I literally feel like I have taken 5 sleeping pills. I went to the doc. and found, through blood work, that I have a viral infection. I was tested for mono, but this came back negative. It was concluded that I have a mono-like virus and should improve within 2 weeks and I should do a follow up blood test next week. However, 2 days ago, I have experienced severe lower right abdominal pain when urinating. This turned into a dull pain that consistently stays and has radiated to my lower back. It is still most severe when urinating. I was tested today for a urine analysis, culture, and again for mono. I am waiting on the results. In the meantime, I have been given a prescription for a UTI.

A friend of mine is a nurse and she also did a quick urine analysis. She said my urine was so cloudy and filled with white (indicating infection) cells that she could not even get a count on the bacteria. Of course, I am waiting official results.

My symptoms don't seem to exactly fit a UTI because I am not experiencing the burning sensation that seems to always go along with it. Plus, I am sooo wanting to find a reason for the fatigue. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks

Are you pregnant and it's to early to detect it yet?
Viral infections can become serious if your not carefull, you can do little things that could possibly go along way such as eating more super foods, antioxidants, getting the right amount of sleep, exersize, also be sure to spray with environmental friendly cleaning products to disenfect your home more often, this will help prevent other health issuses while your immunity system is weak.
