Any idea on why my Honda Rancher 350 es is losing oil?

My honda rancher 350 es is losing oil immediatley once i put oil in it and take it for a ride. I opened the breather box to find that it was filled with oil and no one i talk to has any idea why? Any ideas why?

It is a problem with the cylinder head valves

Internal engine problem, oil leaking past rings, oil over filled. Does spark plug have oil on it?
